Video: Governor Haley to sign Confederate Flag bill at 4pm

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– Governor Nikki Haley will sign the Confederate Flag bill today at 4pm. The bill signing ceremony will be held on the 2nd floor lobby of the Statehouse at 4 PM Thursday. According to the Governor’s office the Confederate Flag will come down from the flag pole on the State House grounds at 10am Friday.
