Authorities searching for runaway from Sumter County

SUMTER CO., S.C. (WOLO) — The Sumter County Sheriff‘s Office is asking for the public‘s help in locating 16-year-old Chasity Lynn Jones, a Gable-area resident, who was last seen in Sumter County on Friday, and last reported seen by anyone at a residence in Kenansville, N.C. around 8 p.m. Saturday. Jones is described as a white female standing 5’5′ tall and weighing approximately 125 lbs., with blonde hair and green eyes. She is believed to be driving a green 2006 Ford F-150 truck (SC License #: GMX 314), and travelling with 15-year-old Bennettsville resident Jamie Settle, who has also been reported as a runaway. Reports indicate the two girls had visited a North Carolina water park earlier Saturday.
