Victim in shooting on Budon Ct. identified

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — Richland County Coroner Gary Watts has released the name of the victim that was found in a home on Budon Court in Columbia Tuesday. The body of Charles A. Kusko, Jr., was found Tuesday by City of Columbia Police conducting a welfare check. Coroner Watts said Kusko,48, died from complications of being shot in the upper body. The case has been ruled a homicide Watts said.
