CPD: Pedestrian killed in vehicle collision on North Beltline Boulevard

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) – The Columbia Police Department is investigating a fatal vehicle collision that killed a pedestrian on Monday.

Authorities say it happened on North Beltline Boulevard.

According to investigators, the male victim died on scene, while the detained driver was taken to a hospital.

The Richland County Coroner’s Office is also investigating this incident.
