Road blocked as crews respond to recycling center fire

Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)–Fairfield Rd. was blocked for a while Tuesday morning as firefighters battled a fire at a recycling center.
Chief Aubrey Jenkins says around 8am crews responded to American Recycling where several vehicles caught fire while they were being loaded off of a tractor trailer.
No injuries were reported and Chief Jenkins says no structures were threatened.
