Police: Teen found shot to death in car in Aiken

AIKEN, S.C. (AP) — Authorities say a teen has been shot and killed while sitting in a car in Aiken.

Investigators with the Aiken Department of Public Safety said a friend who had just left the car to go inside an apartment heard a gunshot around 11:30 p.m. Sunday and found 19-year-old Moses Williams shot in the head.

Authorities say Williams’ girlfriend brought him to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Police say they are trying to determine a motive for the shooting.
