Fiona Threatens the Caribbean

Tropical Storm Fiona is not likely going to grow into a powerful hurricane (in terms of wind speed) over the next several days.  But that doesn’t mean it won’t cause any harm.  Fiona is going to tap into a lot of moisture as it moves to the west, so flooding rain is a real threat.  Stay tuned.
