Deputies: Man arrested in connection with death of newborn
Kershaw Co., S.C. (WOLO)– Kershaw Co. deputies say Timothy Staggers, 21, is charged with Homicide by Child Abuse. According to investigators, on July 25th Staggers took his unresponsive 2-month old daughter to the hospital. The child died from her injuries.
