Driver in Sullivan’s Island playground hit-and-run faces new charges

Justin Collin Adams, 36 of Greenville, was charged with three counts of attempted murder and one count of first-degree assault and battery, according to jail records. Now he faces an additional three counts of assault and battery in the first degree according to a newly released affidavit.
