Man arrested, Accused of Sexually Assaulting 6-year-old Girl

KERSHAW COUNTY, SC (WOLO) – Kershaw County deputies say they’ve arrested a man accused of sexually assaulting a six-year-old girl. Authorities say Timothy Witkop, 31, confessed to having “inappropriate sexual activity” with the child since she was five. Witkop is facing criminal sexual conduct charges.
