Police: Newberry Man Strangled Brother to Death

Newberry, S.C. (WOLO)– In Newberry a man is accused of  strangling his brother to death. Police say they responded to a home on Holloway St. just after one Wednesday morning after they say an argument lead Joseph Graham to kill his brother. Mark Graham was pronounced dead at the scene. Arrest Made in Parklane Road Double Murder
