University of South Carolina head coach Dawn Staley was one of three head coaches selected to serve as assistant coaches for the 2014 USA Basketball Women’s World Championship Team, USA Basketball announced today.
South Carolina went 4-0 last week with non-conference win vs. Wofford and a weekend sweep of Missouri. The Gamecocks are now 39-13 and 16-11 in the SEC with four games left in the regular season. South Carolina is tied for second in the SEC East and tied for third overall with three league games remaining.
