Men’s Hoops Host Auburn Wednesday Night
South Carolina hosts Auburn for the first of two matchups between the schools this season. The Tigers posted a 74-71 victory over the Gamecocks in Columbia in last season’s only contest between the two schools. Wednesday’s game will be broadcast on ESPN3.
Ride the Gamecock Fan Bus to Tennessee
South Carolina Athletics is offering another opportunity for fans to support the women’s basketball team on the road with a fan bus scheduled for the Gamecocks’ matchup at Tennessee on Sun., March 2, in Knoxville, Tenn. Both teams are currently ranked among the nation’s top 10 this week with South Carolina coming in at No. 6 and Tennessee holding the No. 8 spot in this week’s Associated Press Poll.

More Preseason Accolades For Greiner & Pankake
Junior catcher Grayson Greiner and junior infielder Joey Pankake earned third-team Preseason All-America honors from Baseball America. The Gamecocks, ranked No. 7 in the nation by Baseball America, begin the 2014 season on Friday, Feb. 14 vs. Bucknell in the first game of a three-game series at Carolina Stadium.
