Jalen Vasquez’s sacrifice fly in the bottom of the ninth inning scored Talmadge LeCroy, giving the University of South Carolina baseball team a 9-8 walk-off win over No. 25 Ole Miss Saturday afternoon (April 16) at Founders Park, clinching a series win over the Rebels.
Gamecocks even series with Ole Miss, Saturday first pitch moved to 3:00 p.m.
The night belonged to Hall as he earned the win for the Gamecocks. He pitched a season high 7.2 innings and threw 96 pitches. Matthew Becker earned his third save of the season, striking out three in 1.1 innings.
