COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — A teen is behind bars in connection with a series of break-ins and thefts. Columbia Police say 19-year-old Collin Daves stole a Jeep Cherokee from Linwood Drive and allegedly stole a credit card from another vehicle on Palmer Road and than attempted to use the card to make fraudulent purchases at a nearby business….
