Tuesday, school officials celebrated the new addition to William J. Clark Middle School, a 28,000 square foot classroom space which will accommodate the arrival of more students from Howard Middle.
The new OW High School will be built on 90 acres off of Cooke Road. The two-story building houses up to 1,600 students and will cost around $125 million.
School district staff and students rode along with Congressman Jim Clyburn for a test drive of one of the new electric buses at Marshall Elementary School.
