Fashion show fundraiser “H’Arts on the Runway” to take place September 14th
On Saturday, September 14th, the nonprofit organization Child and Family Resource Foundation out of Hartsville will hold its annual fashion show fundraiser — and they’re hoping you’ll join in on the fun.
