Columbia PD asking for help in locating missing veteran
Officers say military veteran Keith Lynch was last seen wearing a red shirt, black shorts and black Crocs. Home surveillance footage also shows him carrying what appears to be a black duffle bag. A weapon has also been reported missing from the residence.
