SCDOT prohibiting lane closures to ease Memorial Day travel

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– Memorial Day typically kicks off the summer travel season. This Memorial Day the South Carolina Department of Transportation announced it will prohibit lane closures on interstate highways for non-emergency highway work.
