Funeral Services Set for City Councilwoman Leona Plaugh
COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– Longtime Columbia City Councilwoman Leona Plaugh will be laid to rest Sunday. Plaugh died Wednesday, at the age of 66, after a long battle with cancer says her family.
