No Decision in Roof Competency Hearing

Charleston, SC (WOLO)–No decision Monday in a competency hearing for suspected Charleston Church shooter Dylann Roof. A judge is hearing testimony on whether Roof is competent to stand trial. Dylann Roof Trial Postponed, Reaction

Charleston, SC (WOLO)– Jury Selection in the Federal Death Penalty trial of Dylann Roof was postponed Monday in Charleston. Judge Richard Gergel announced a private hearing would be held about a request to Roof’s right to a fair and impartial jury trial.
