Sanctuary at Boyd Island now open to public, offering views and artwork
City officials along with members of the River Alliance and The Darnall W. & Susan F. Boyd Foundation held a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Sanctuary at Boyd Island, located just across a scenic footbridge on the Saluda Riverwalk.
