Authorities ID man found dead in 18-wheeler

KERSHAW COUNTY, SC (WOLO) – Authorities have identified a man found dead inside the cab of an 18-wheeler Monday. According to the Kershaw County Coroner’s Office, Carlton Brooks, 49, of Rembert was found at the Black River Shell station on Sumter Highway by Camden Police.
