Man Charged with Homicide by Child Abuse in Death of 1-Year-Old
Todd Taylor (ASGDC) RICHLAND COUNTY, SC (WOLO) – A 27-year-old man has been arrested and charged with homicide by child abuse in the death of his girlfriend’s daughter.
