Heat Advisory: Nine SC Counties

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — High temperatures and humidity continue to threaten eastern South Carolina. The National Weather Service on Wednesday issued a heat advisory for nine counties. Forecasters say the heat will be dangerous from noon until 7 p.m. in the northeastern corner of the state, where the heat index could reach 107.
