Teen arrested in Horry County shooting that hurt 3
LITTLE RIVER, S.C. (AP) — Horry County police say a 15-year-old boy has been arrested in a home invasion that sent three people to the hospital.
Sgt. Robert Kegler says the teen is charged with two counts of attempted murder and first-degree burglary.
Kegler says police were called to a home in Little River early Monday and found two adults with serious gunshot wounds.
He says officers were called to a nearby convenience store a short time later and found a third shooting victim.
Kegler says the homeowners were shot during a home invasion and one of them returned fire, injuring the person who was found at the store.
The names and conditions of those shot were not available. No charges had been filed against the injured suspect.
