(WOLO) COLUMBIA, S.C. Columbia Police are charging Troy Wilson with a felony DUI after Authorities ay he struck and killed a motorist. Police say t he incident happened around 9 Saturday night near Hazelwood Road and Burdell Drive. Wilson, accused of driving under the influence – allegedly left the scene and was arrested after returning.
