Columbia Hit And Run Update

Columbia, SC (Richland County Coroner)-The investigation surrounding a hit-and-run in downtown Columbia has now taken a deadly turn. the Coroner says 54-year-old Rufus Turnipseed succumbed to his injuries Christmas eve…a little more than a month after the accident was first reported. It occurred in the 21-hundred block of Harden street. The Columbia Police Department continues to explore leads in the case.
