Home Invasion Results In Schools Locked Down
Columbia, SC (WOLO)-It was a tense morning for two northeast Columbia schools, who had to be placed on lockdown following a shooting. Richland County deputies say around 11:30 this morning, two people entered a home on Brookfield Road. Investigators say one man was shot during the incident, his condition is unknown at this time. According to deputies drugs were found in the home, leading them to believe the incident was drug related. Condor Elementary and Richland Northeast High School were placed on lockdown during the search for the suspects who have yet to be apprehended.
