International Space Station
Tonight the International Space Station will be easy to see as it flies overhead.
If you’ve never seen it, tonight will be a good night for viewing. It flies by like a slow moving, bright star – appearing to travel about the speed of a jet plane. But it actually travels much faster, roughly 17,000 mph! Here’s a picture taken with a camera lens open for several seconds so it appears like a streak in the sky.
