COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– Looking to learn more about plugging in? You can check out Columbia’s Drive Electric Week event Saturday in the Midlands.

You can take a test ride, check out local charging stations and get educated about going electric.

The event will be Saturday from 10am-2pm at the Whole Foods in CrossHill Market. The event is free.

According to organizers, this is part car show, science fair  and tailgate party, they invite you to check out a variety of electric cars and plug-in hybrids.
