Update: Missing 19 yr old Autistic Teen Found Safe
NEWBERRY, SC –Update
The missing 19 year old with autism was located near Pinedale ct. on Lake Murray. He is being examied by medical personel.
The Newberry County Sheriff’s Office and Rescue Squads are searching for a missing 19 year old with autism.
According to deputies, the individual left a home on Lake Rd. outside of Prosperity near Lake Murray and entered a wooded area.
Sheriff Deputies say the missing person is a white male, approximately 6′, 200#, reddish brown hair, wearing blue T shirt, blue basketball shorts, green Crocks with white socks.
A SLED helicopter and Sheriff’s Office Bloodhounds are assisting in the search.
