Chapin Gearing up for Annual Parade

CHAPIN, SC (WOLO) The 38th Annual Labor Day Festival and Parade in Chapin is set to get underway Monday.

With Labor Day being the unofficial end-of-summer many Chapin residents come out to celebrate the holiday with family and friends.

Here’s a list of some of the events :

• Labor Day Parade begins at 9:30 am (Streets close at 9 am) at GIS parking lot (912 Chapin Road)
• Classic Car Show in the Mt. Horeb parking lot of Beaufort Street
• Children’s Carnival area  on Clark Street – Games and activities provided by Chapin Baptist Church Youth. Bouncy house by VIVE Church and Face Painting by Palmetto Party Faces.
