Councilman Seth Rose to run for State House Seat

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)–A Richland County Councilman is joining the race for a State House seat.
Seth Rose has announced his intention to run as a Democrat for a house seat.

Rose says he plans to run for the House District 72 seat currently held by Democrat James Smith.
Smith announced his run for governor last week.
