Columbia, SC (WOLO) — Affordable Healthcare premiums could increase by double digits next year. Insurance companies in several states have requested large rate hikes for 2019.

Many insurers are blaming the hikes on steps taken by President Trump and Republicans in Congress.
Premiums will be finalized in September and open enrollment starts November 1st.
