TSA expects near record airport travel Friday

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO) – The TSA says a near record 2.6 million people will go through an airport Friday (6/29).

That’s nearly half-a-million more people than on a typical travel day. As for the summer overall, airline experts say nearly 250 million people will fly somewhere from June 1 through August 31.
