Columbia, SC (WOLO) — The Midlands isn’t the only place people are feeling the heat.
Nearly 60 million people are under a heat advisory or warning.

Advisories and warnings are stretching from Central Virginia to Eastern Maine.

The recent heat wave has left at least one person dead and two other deaths under investigation.
