All Richland Libraries Closed for Customer Service Day

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)–If you need a good book from the library, you’ll have to wait.
Today, Wednesday, all Richland Library locations will be closed for a customer service improvement project.
You can still renew books and download items online, say officials.
The libraries will re-open at 9 a.m. Thursday.
