Soldier remains found in the Netherlands traces man back to Newberry after 70 years

NEWBERRY, S.C. (WOLO) – A Midlands family finally has closure after a man went missing in war nearly 70 years ago.

Department of Defense officials say the man identified was Private Floyd Fulmer of Newberry.
