13 dead, including seven children, after fire in Philadelphia

CNN– A devastating fire in Philadelphia Wednesday morning took the lives of 13 people. Authorities say seven of those are children. Fire officials say the three story row home had four smoke detectors, but none were working.

26 people lived in the building which was converted to apartments.

Investigators are still trying to determine what caused the fire.
