Some states stepping in to ease pain at the gas pump
ABC NEWS– Prices at the pump are down a bit. Here in the Midlands, drivers are paying an average $3.88 a gallon. That’s down from $4 a gallon last week. On the national front, some states are stepping in to help drivers.
