Earthquake reported near Elgin

ELGIN, S.C. (WOLO) – According to the U.S. Geological Survey, an earthquake happened near Elgin on Saturday afternoon.

Data provided by the U.S. The Geological Survey shows a 2.1 magnitude roughly 3 miles east of Elgin just before noon.

This earthquake comes after several happened near Elgin throughout the week.
