Tropics Getting Very Busy

There are currently (Monday at 7pm) 4 active storms in the Atlantic Basin.  The newest one, headed towards the Texas coast will make its impacts felt by Tuesday afternoon with heavy rain and strong, but likely not too damaging, wind.  The other storm of concern is Franklin, which will bring heavy, flooding rain to Hispaniola and Puerto Rico.
