COLUMBIA SC (WOLO) – There are a couple things that signal call and the approach of Halloween in the Capital City – cooler temps (generally), falling leaves, and the South Carolina Ballet’s annual production of Dracula: Ballet with a Bite at the Koger Center.

Artistic Director William Starrett says that there are performances on October 27th and 28th at the Koger, located on Assembly Street in Columbia.
