Orangeburg County: Missing woman’s family confirms she is safe

ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– The Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Department says over the weekend deputies were informed by Williams’ family members and friends that she is safe and in contact with them.

UPDATE: Deputies say she has been found safe and is in contact with her family

Orangeburg Co., S.C. (WOLO)– Deputies in Orangeburg Co. say they are looking for a missing 19 year old woman.

Investigators say Lexus Williams was last seen Wednesday at the Valero gas station on Magnolia St. around noon.

According to investigators, security video shows the woman walking away from her boyfriend’s car and the boyfriend driving off in the opposite direction.

Deputies say Williams was wearing purple pants, a brown jacket, and burgundy braids.
