Dreher High School seniors declare majors on Arts Signing Day
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– It was signing day for 16 Dreher High School seniors declaring their passion for the arts as they sign the dotted line to pursue visual and performing arts in college.
During a ceremony on Wednesday, the talent students made it officials by pledging to major or minor in music, theatre and art.
Together they earned a jaw-dropping $6 million in scholarship money.
Sara Brown earning more than 300 thousand in scholarships and will be attending USC Columbia to study theater with a focus on design and technology.
During the ceremony teachers showered each student with praise, highlighting their accomplishments and dedication.
