COLUMBIA SC (WOLO) – Since 1876, there have been over 500 brave Members of Law Enforcement who have given their lives in defense of their community. In 2005, some Member of the 378,000 strong Fraternal Order of police created the South Carolina Law Enforcement Memorial, and every year since then, they have held an annual ceremony to honor those fallen.

This year’s is scheduled for Friday, November 8, 2024 at the Memorial on the grounds of the State House.
