COLUMBIA SC (WOLO) – Lending options continue to change, as rules, rates, and inventory continue to shift.  Many potential landowners are finding it hard to find funding, as financial institutions are shifting away from land-only purchases.  According to Mortgage Pro Pat Whaley, Integrity Home Mortgage has launched new programs that not only fund land-only deals, but can offer it to buyers who may not have “perfect” credit.
