Shuck some oysters and help make wishes come true

COLUMBIA SC (WOLO) – The third installment of Wishful Shuckers, a fundraiser for Make-A-Wish South Carolina is planned for Saturday, February 22, 2025, and promises an evening of fun, prizes, music, and of course oysters.
The event boasts five acts, including Britt & Gould, Dave and the Sol Beats, Jon Rooks, The Donovan Twins, and The Fringe Benefits Band, along with a silent auction, crafts, cocktails, and of course cooked raw oysters.
Proceeds from the event all support the mission of Make-A-Wish South Carolina, which grants wishes for children with critical illnesses.
The Fringe Benefits Band also joined GMC’s Tyler Ryan for a preview of the music.
Wishful Shuckers is at The Koop on Key Road in Columbia, and kicks off at 6:00 pm on Saturday, however, the silent auction is already open and you can bid on an item, and help the mission even if you can’t attend. Scan the QR code to link to it!
