COLUMBIA SC (WOLO) – The South Carolina Office of Mental Health offers many programs for every person in South Carolina, including a fleet of RV’s that can respond to rural and hard to reach places.  Tyler Ryan learned about the programs and took a tour of one of the Highway to Hope RV’s.
